  • Each daily post is a public commitment.
    It exists to:

    • Increase community visibility

    • Make disciplined behaviour contagious

    • Reinforce consistency through accountability

    TYG NOTE: If your account is private or you’re posting to a small or no audience, this is still considered a win. For anyone in the running for the cash prize, proof will need to be shown through your archive.

  • Every post should communicate one message: “I showed up today.” Content does not need to be polished. Effort, discomfort, and presence matter more than production quality.

  • Choose at least one:

    1. Sweaty selfie

    2. Short clip from your session

    3. Moment of discomfort or fatigue

  • 1 × Instagram Story per day.
    Every day for all 56 days.

    No batching. No catch-ups, daily means daily.

  • Every Story must include:
    #YARD56, @theyard_gym

    Your location handle
    (e.g. @theyardgym_caringbah)

Daily social media tagging and posting is a core part of YARD 56 and plays a key role in both accountability and eligibility throughout the challenge.

To keep you motivated, accountable and connected throughout YARD 56, every participant receives access to our exclusive Member Media Kit.

  • Use the daily tracker PNG that will be included in your Member Kit.

    For Example: 1/56, 2/56

    The tracker can be overlaid onto:

    • Selfies

    • Training clips

    • Gym footage

    • A photo of the gym

    • Your daily discomfort/isolation

  • You’ll also have access to a set of individual rule tiles, each with a tick already applied. These are provided as PNG overlays so you can easily add them to your stories and posts throughout the challenge.

    Use as many as you like each day, for example Isolation, Discomfort or Train Yard, to show which rules you’ve completed and keep track of your progress.

  • A custom YARD 56 creative sticker pack is available for you to overlay on your stories, featuring fun, unique, YARD 56 branded stickers designed to track your progress, highlight your wins, and keep you accountable throughout the challenge.

  • A custom accountability tracker has been designed to help you tick off each day across all 56 days and give you a clear bird’s-eye view of where you’re at and how far you’ve got to go, building on the daily tracking you’re already doing, but designed to show your full journey from start to finish.
