WINNER ELIGIBILITY -
7 MUST-HAVES

  • $112 paid before Day 1.

    • At least 4 checked-in Yard sessions per week

    • Every week, for all 8 weeks.

    • 8 total — 3x photo per week.

    • Baseline + Finisher scan.

    • Challenge Rep must verify both are completed.

  • Attend at least 6 of the 8 Game Day and Pay Day sessions across the 56 days and day 56 workout.

    • Every discomfort completed must have photo or video proof.

    • EXAMPLES: cold immersion, night runs, sand dunes, silent walks, breathwork, sauna protocols, intensity finishers, social/digital detox, isolation challenges.

    • Proof = image/video + timestamp (or IG Story).

    • 8 Total minimum

HQ SCORING FRAMEWORK.

  • What it proves:
    Discipline, consistency, and adherence to the program.

    Athlete must meet the minimum required sessions

    Exceeding the minimum does not add extra points

    Why it matters:
    You don’t get results without doing the work.

  • What it proves: Objective, measurable transformation.

    • Scans must be completed on approved equipment

    Scoring based on:

    • Fat loss

    • Lean mass retention or gain

    • Overall body composition improvement

    • Weight alone is not the metric

    Why it matters:
    Data confirms the transformation is real.

  • What it proves: Serious buy-in from day one.

    Paid on time, no refunds or rollovers

  • What it proves: Visual evidence of change.

    Clear, standardised photos required

    Consistency in lighting, stance, and attire

  • What it proves: Completion and community engagement.

    Full participation required

  • What it proves: Mindset, resilience, and alignment with  YARD 56 values.

    Coach validation, written or video proof, or performance benchmark
